Tidal Serenity is a contemporary luxury residential interior design project in Al Jubail, inspired by the quiet movement of water and the warmth of natural materials.
Soft neutral tones are layered with muted ocean blues, warm timber, reflective finishes and subtle metallic accents. Together, these elements create an interior that feels sophisticated without becoming formal, with a calm atmosphere that flows naturally throughout the home.
Sculptural lighting, refined textures and bespoke joinery bring depth and craftsmanship to the spaces while maintaining a clean and balanced overall design.
The concept behind Tidal Serenity was inspired by the calm rhythm and fluid movement of water.
A soft, natural colour palette creates the foundation of the interior, while muted blue tones introduce a subtle connection to the sea. Warm timber adds comfort and contrast, balanced by reflective surfaces and understated metallic details.
Sculptural glass lighting brings movement into the spaces, creating a sense of lightness while reinforcing the flowing character of the design.
Phase 1 – Design Direction & Spatial Planning
The overall design direction was developed around creating a calm, contemporary home with a natural sense of flow between spaces.
Phase 2 – Materials & Colour Palette
Neutral finishes, muted ocean blues and warm timber were carefully combined to create depth while maintaining a soft and cohesive atmosphere.
Phase 3 – Lighting, Joinery & Details
Sculptural glass lighting, bespoke joinery, reflective surfaces and carefully framed architectural details were introduced to give each space character and refinement.
The key design challenge was creating a luxurious interior that still felt calm and understated.
Rather than relying on heavy decorative elements, the design uses material, texture, lighting and proportion to create interest. This allows the home to feel refined and sophisticated while maintaining the sense of serenity that defines the project.
The material palette plays an important role in the identity of Tidal Serenity.
