Then & Now Barber is a contemporary commercial interior designed around a bold, masculine and sophisticated atmosphere. Dark textured finishes, warm metallic details and layered lighting give the space a distinctive identity while keeping it functional and welcoming.
The concept combines a dark contemporary mood with modern barber culture, using black and charcoal finishes, warm brown upholstery, stone textures and illuminated details to create a premium yet comfortable environment.
The design focused on clearly organising reception, grooming stations, washing areas and pedicure zones while maintaining one consistent visual language throughout the space.
The key challenge was creating a dark interior without making the space feel closed or heavy. Strategic lighting, reflective surfaces and warm material accents were used to maintain depth, visibility and comfort.
Furniture includes upholstered barber chairs, compact lounge seating and dark-toned pedicure furniture selected to match the strong contemporary character while maintaining comfort and functionality.
